How do I safely insert or remove a bit from the Electric Nail File?

To insert a bit, push it firmly into the handpiece until it is securely in place. Do not push the bit all the way in. To remove a bit, pull it straight out of the handpiece with a firm grip. Do not change bits while the device is on.
