Replace the Silicone Finger Guard when it is visibly damaged, or when the opening has become too loose and steam is escaping along the sides of the fingers rather than being directed onto the nail. To replace it, twist open the base of the top section — look for the arrow marked 'open'. Extra Silicone Finger Guards are included in the packaging.
